$550 per night (3 nights minimum)
7% room tax

$250 Cleaning fee

50% Deposit to reserve + $350 damage deposit

No pets allowed

Access to laundry washer and dryer is optional at $100 per stay.

The excess of sand, stones, garbage in the pool carries a fine of $150 to $250.

This charming beach front villa is fully furnished and provides 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms offer queen beds, each with tv’s , one bedroom offers bunk beds and the other provides two full beds.

All rooms have air conditioning, pillows, bedding and bath and beach towels. Blue Nest has three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, living room with a TV, cable TV, Internet / WiFi, a laundry with a washing and dryer machine, a large terrace with ocean views and a swimming pool. We also include other amenities like beach chairs, hair dryer, hammocks, iron and ironing board. A baby high chair and a play pen are available upon request.

Excellent house, the view to the beach and the waves sounds are amazing. Everything is like the pictures and even better in person. I would not hesitate to rent the house again.
